Items from Mel at Home can be delivered anywhere. If your items are in stock they will usually be despatched within 24 hours. We will notify you if any items are temporarily out of stock and despatch them to you as soon as they arrive.
STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN MAINLAND UK
£4.95 per delivery address. Please allow 5 working days.
EXPRESS 2 DAY DELIVERY WITHIN MAINLAND UK
£7.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees your delivery within two working days provided we receive your order before 2pm.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY WITHIN MAINLAND UK
£9.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees your delivery the next day provided we receive your order before midday.
SATURDAY DELIVERY WITHIN MAINLAND UK
£9.95 per delivery address. This guarantees your delivery will arrive on the Saturday following your order provided we receive your order before 5pm on Thursday.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship to international customers at cost but if you require a quotation please either e mail us at customerservices@melathome.com or call 0845 116 4466
Where products are despatched to non-EU countries VAT at 17.5% will be deducted. Overseas deliveries will be subject to local import duties and taxes and Mel at Home cannot be liable for any such expenses incurred.
- Privacy Policy & Security
- We wil only use the information you share with us lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information that we will collect (name, address, phone number, e mail address, credit card details) will only be used to process your order and to assist us in providing you with the best possible service. The information we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We do not hold your credit card details, they are encrypted before they reach our system.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Hopefully you will love your Mel at Home products but if you find they are unsuitable or you are dissatisfied please inform us soon as possible or within 7 days of your intention to return them. Please return products unused and in their original packaging using the form provided, ensuring they are packed and labelled carefully, and sent by recorded delivery. You will be entitled to a refund or a replacement provided the products reach us within 28 days.
- Replacement products will not be despatched until the original items have been received by us.

- By placing an order with Mel at Home Ltd. you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. - Prices include VAT at 17.5% and exclude delivery charges. If you have a promotional code please input it when you checkout to receive your discount. Promotional codes are subject to change at our discretion.
